Sales Systematically manage the entire process from order receipt to delivery to ensure accurate reflection of customer requirements and the reliable supply of products.
Purchasing Provide timely and stable supply of materials required for production, contributing to improved productivity and quality through efficient purchasing strategies and cooperative supplier management systems.
Production Engineering Resolve technical issues in the production field through forging design, equipment management, and process improvement, establishing a stable and competitive production environment.
Corporate Planning Play a key role in strategy formulation and organizational management for the company’s sustainable growth.
Finance & Accounting Oversee the company’s cash flow, ensure financial soundness, and support sustainable management through strategic financial operations.
R&D (Development) Develop new products that reflect market demands and customer needs, analyze design risks in advance, and create optimized products that ensure both quality and productivity.
Production Management Establish stable manufacturing operations and continuity by creating systematic production plans and process management.
