Whistleblower Protection
| Confidentiality Protection | Disclosure or implication of the whistleblower’s identity without consent is strictly prohibited. |

| Protection of Status | The whistleblower shall be protected from disadvantages or discrimination by the department or company due to statements, reports, or submission of materials. |
| Accountability Exemption | If negligence or errors by the whistleblower are discovered during the investigation, disciplinary actions may be reduced or exempted. |
Objection Procedure
After receiving the investigation result, the whistleblower may file an objection in writing or by email within 7 days of notification. The final decision will be made through a reinvestigation by the HR Committee or Ethics Management Committee.
