Processing Timeline

Report Reception & Relevant Department Review Within 3 weeks from the date of report submission
Case Closure Within 1 month from the date of report submission

*The processing period may be extended if necessary.

Whistleblower Protection

Confidentiality Protection Disclosure or implication of the whistleblower’s identity without consent is strictly prohibited.
Protection of Status The whistleblower shall be protected from disadvantages or discrimination by the department or company due to statements, reports, or submission of materials.
Accountability Exemption If negligence or errors by the whistleblower are discovered during the investigation, disciplinary actions may be reduced or exempted.

Objection Procedure

After receiving the investigation result, the whistleblower may file an objection in writing or by email within 7 days of notification. The final decision will be made through a reinvestigation by the HR Committee or Ethics Management Committee.
